Hi Alex! Great job hitting your emergency fund milestone this week. How's the balance transfer research going?
Monday, 2:14 PM
Found two options with lower rates! Sending you the details before Thursday so we can go over them together.
Monday, 4:02 PM
Perfect, that gives us plenty of time. See you Thursday at 2!

Your Roth IRA is open — nice work! Next step is picking initial funds. Let's pick your funds before the 25th so they have time to settle before next session.
Saturday, 11:20 AM
Got it — I'll block off time this weekend to look at the fund options you sent over.

Quick one — is the Sephora charge Shopping or Health and Fitness? Blurring the line on that one.
Jul 12, 9:03 AM
Ha, fair question! Keep it under Shopping — I only count Health and Fitness for things like gym, supplements, or medical.

Building Momentum on Your Debt Payoff
Session 3 of 3
Alex came in with great news: the Chase credit card balance dropped $400 this month — the largest single-month reduction since we started working together. This is the avalanche method paying off (literally).
We reviewed all three debt accounts. The student loan is on track; the car loan has a low enough rate that we agreed to keep it at minimum and redirect surplus to the credit card first.
Emergency fund is at $9,200 — 61% of the $15,000 target. Next milestone: credit card at $0 by February 2027.
